Jahanguir Mondol did an amazing service. lol and he was kind and professional and he helped us with a discount. The capasitor and the hard start switch were 10x expensive than online price. If it was a a reasonable price, so would gladly recommend their service to others

Technician Alex from Airzone Mechanical came out and checked my A/C system. He was very professional, informative, and took the time to thoroughly inspect everything.
He found that the TXV bulb sensor was not located in the correct position, adjusted it properly, and explained how the different functions of the A/C system work so I could better understand what was going on.
After checking the system thoroughly, he confirmed the A/C was operating properly. I really appreciated how patient and knowledgeable he was throughout the entire visit.

I cannot say enough good things about this technician. He came to my mother’s home and was incredibly honest, professional, and caring. Instead of trying to sell her things she didn’t need, he took the time to thoroughly inspect the system, explain everything clearly, and recommend only what was truly necessary.
It’s rare to find someone with such integrity these days. He was fair, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely had my mother’s best interests in mind. He did not overcharge and never pressured her into unnecessary repairs or replacements.
