Recently I had a family emergency and at last minute I contacted Waggy tail pet care. They worked 24/7 to make sure our dogs were happy and nurtured with love, while we were away out of the country for a sad goodbye . During hard times , they became our support group and peace of mind. Grateful forever ! Best human beings 💝💝

We have always traveled with our dog and were quite hesitant to the idea of a sitting service. My boyfriend was going through anxiety and was very reluctant to leave our beloved friend behind. Even on the way to the airport it was a battle keeping my boyfriend from returning home, he as well as I had an overwhelming feeling of guilt and fear. All these feelings were quickly turned away as if Michelle with Waggy tail had super powers. We decided to go with the service of sitting our pet at our home" which not many places offer". Let's start with how respectful of our personal space she was, extremely clean and attentive. There was a hick up with our a/c unit and she quickly put down a towel and a bucket to catch the leaking water, this was not her responsibility nor her problem but she went way above her call of duty for us. She even changed the sheets to the bedroom upon her departure. These small things just show the character and general care she has for what she does. I believe her model for care must be Pets, Clients, then everything else in that order. Now when it came to the care of our family member Winston, we are still blown away at her service, general knowledge and care. She displayed so much genuine love for Winston as if they have known each other for ever. I swear, if you didn't know she was just sitting for our pet you'd think she was the owner. She would take our buddy on nice long walks. She was even adding some small training sessions here and there, like teaching him not to jump on people to say hello. She would send us updates and pictures. The pictures she sent us look like they would have a photographer following them on their walk. At the end of the day she would send us an adventure report which we were hooked on after the first one and could not wait until the day was done just so we could read of adventure report. I was amazed at how she would even wipe his paws before coming into the house just so the floor wouldn't get dirty.!!! We are absolutely amazed with everything Michelle at Waggy Tail. There aren't enough words to properly describe our experience. This was a really tough decision to make in the beginning but boy are we glad we made it. Thank you very much Waggy Tail for the love you gave our best friend. We will definitely be using Waggy Tail again as we have a cruise in September and we can really enjoy worry free knowing that Waggy Tail and Michelle have our back.

This business not only provides first class services to your pets they support Miami Beach Animal Advocates (MBAA) a local non-profit organization that provides veterinary care for animals in need across South Florida. Waggy Tail Pet Care has partnered with MBAA to help animals in need by giving a portion of their dog walks to them. So when you utilize their services you are also giving back to a local non-profit organization that provides care for animals that have been injured, abused, and abandoned. I highly recommend using them.
