From my experience this is a world class gym. If you're looking to gain strength, size or knowledge, the personal trainers are highly qualified. If you're looking for culture, the fitness classes are highly motivating and diverse. Along with all of that I highly recommend the dance classes, yoga classes and spa. Great experience.
