Elias fixed our computer and router problems in a short time, suggested ideas for password use, explained everything very simply (which I need!) ordered items, installed them, made himself available via phone and email, and was very peasant to deal with. Couldn't ask for more. Fast, efficient. Highly recommended; a real 5-star professional.

Elias has been my home office network and support person for 10+ years, and I work for a major software provider that requires I have the utmost security and state of the art networking system for my home office. I have never in 10+ years thrown a challenge to Elias that he could not resolve, and he does not stop at just expert configuration and support, but he also has the patience to instruct you on best practices of doing tasks more efficiently and effectively. Need knowledgeable teach support that is a huge cut above the average folks... call Elias. He answers directly. Ive hired many wannabe's over the last 18 years... and he IS the real deal.
