Everything was perfect. The only situation that took place was there were four people at the same time having appointments at the same time with only one hairstylist available. Apparently the computer is messed up. Hopefully, you can fix that because there was some upset customers other than that, mine was fine

I had a great experience at Supercuts! Booking an appointment was super easy, and I barely had to wait when I arrived—I was seen right away. The salon was clean, organized, and had a calm, welcoming vibe.
My stylist really listened to what I wanted, but also offered helpful recommendations that ended up making the cut even better. She was friendly, professional, and made me feel completely relaxed throughout the appointment.
I walked out feeling refreshed and totally satisfied with the result. No complaints at all—just a smooth, positive experience from start to finish. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Had a haircut once with Mayelin and once with Karen- Mayelin gave me one of the best cuts I’ve ever gotten and had great customer service. Karen was the exact opposite, terrible cut and poor service. Go to Mayelin she’s excellent.
