I went to Sandy with debilitating nausea from my first trimester of pregnancy. I tried ALL the other things (ginger, protein, etc etc) and nothing was helping at all. I had a water aversion, was vomiting regularly and had felt hopelessly ill everyday all day for weeks. After my first session with Sandy was the first time in weeks I could drink liquids more normally, over the following week my nausea stayed a bit less intense. After my second session, I started to have some of my normal energy back, and again the nausea decreased to a very low hardly noticeable level. Sandy Root is a fantastic Acupuncturist. She is generous, kind, gentle, and makes you feel confident in her practice. I always come home feeling relaxed and refreshed. She is very analytical and thorough with her work. She explains what the body needs and what to do in order to care for it properly. I highly recommend her :)

Sandy is without hesitation the best physical therapist and acupuncturist I've ever had the good fortune of discovering. I should have left this review 3 years ago when I first began visiting Sandy's treatment room. Thank you for your incredible healing and restorative techniques. I'm extremely grateful for all you do in fixing me up when I need it most.
