I recently moved back to Miami and the lock on my door was giving me trouble locking and unlocking. My front desk recommended Public Locksmith. What a great company! I called them and someone showed up within 1 hour or so; turns outfit was the owner, Eian. Eian was prompt, professional and have very fair pricing. He explained the issues and gave me options to choose from - I was never "upsold". I 100% recommend this company. Excellent customer service is so nice.

Excellent communication and customer service. I inquired about installing a brand new KISI access control system with contact sensors, electric strike lock, and push bar exit, and they delivered very professional work. They listened to my needs via email initially and sent over a quote/invoice that was clear and descriptive of the project. My favorite aspect of their work was the punctuality of their appointments(Yaniv was the technician I worked with), attention to detail, and patience with the work when he encountered an issue with the hardware KISI sent me. I am grateful to have had him on the job. Highly recommended.
