This company worked with me to buy my car. Gave me a price and then when they showed up to pick up the car the price was different. Wasn't that much money but they never would admit they made a mistake despite written documentation.

This was a great experience. I've been dealing with the center all the way from Bay Harbor Islands. It's worth the drive to see their new facility. The entire team went above and beyond. I have the luxury of meeting Baho who went above and beyond. It was a great experience to buy a vehicle from Ocean Cadillac. Thank you for going the extra mile.

Best customer service. I have a 2011 Cadillac, you would think I just bought the car. Always treated with courtesy and respect. The part I need is on back orderand Lino makes sure I have an available loaner. They offer pick up service and will bring the car back to you. So grateful!!
