Bait and Switch - CAUTION! They show a 2024 XT6 "New" 2024 Cadillac FWD Luxury VIN : 1GYKPAR47RZ737814 Lease for $399 Per month for 24 Months Plus tax. $2540 Down Payment - YET, it's not a "new" car! It's a loaner! When I tried to contact Ocean Cadillac a so-called Emily texted me even though I requested email, not text. She would not email me - even though I asked her to send me the quote several times! They obviously have poor customer service and very poor communication! I'm finally doing the deal with another Cadillac dealership. P.S. I asked Emily Lopez for her email address 3 times and she would not give it to me. I would never buy at Ocean Cadillac. This will be my third Cadillac - I guess they missed out on a deal because of their lack of customer service!
I would not buy another vehicle from this dealership. The management at this dealership are dishonest and rude. They do not value their customers. UPDATE: Now they want to charge y wife $40 for a loaner car. Her Escalade has engine trouble. $120,000 truck that is 1 years old! And this dealership has the audacity to ask for $40 for a loan vehicle while they fix the engine!
My escalade is there for three weeks for a code - SERVICE DRIVER ASSIST SYSTEM!!! They always say the YOU WILL ALWAYS have a loaner if the car is in service which is FALSE. They always out of a LOANER!!! Also the person answering the calls "KEVIN" only take messages to the SERVICE DESK but no FOLLOW UP!!!!
