Had an amazing experience with the care my 90yo mother received after a very bad fall down a flight of stairs head first. The care and concern from the doctors, nurses and ancillary staff was outstanding. Erica and Dr. Michael Shalaby were incredible, and I am thankful for such amazing medical professionals. It is unfortunate that the oral surgeon that didn't come in, also refused to see her in his office unless she paid a 600$ deposit, and then would only see her a week later!!!! So we were very fortunate to find a different compassionate and devoted oral surgeon to treat her fracture, in a timely manner. The hospital should be more discerning in choosing the physicians that they pay to cover call.
