I have to write this review because Giana was AMAZING. She was so helpful when one of our party members booked the wrong property- she was able to assist with getting us all staying at the same hotel, The Surfcomber. She made genuine connections with us, and elevated the arrival experience. As a Director of Rooms, I noticed her attitude of servitude immediately! @MGMT you have an all-star on your team!

Read this real review: Some influencers were hired to bump up status in reviews. Best location in the art deco district for walking to the beach, restaurants, shopping <.2 miles away. Lobby and dinning are classy as main floor looks way nicer than the hotel rooms themselves. The hotel is meant for someone wanting decent but NOT a luxurious space -if you aren’t the type to stay in your room much you are probably fine (Mold in between shower tiles, run down hallways , small rooms, really small bathroom, comfortable beds/linens but not high end) All resorts in Miami charge a 20% service charge however this hotel automatically applied gratuity on beach... read full review

I can not say enough amazing things about this fantastic hotel in Miami . The staff is wonderful ! Management is as well . I was so happy on my trip and I have been with my husband and son on various occasions we have all loved it .
