Amazing hotel! We arrived from our cruise early and they were able to accommodate us with our bags and get us an earlier check in. The service was exceptional, my wife and I didn’t have to touch any of our baggage at any point. 10/10 would recommend if you are in the area.

Great room, spacious and comfortable, but lots of hair around the room. Very comfortable bed. Staff friendly and accomodating. Food and drinks delicious at The Tavern, it is pricey, but probably on par with area hotels. Love the free Happy Hour. Service can be slow at The Tavern, but workers friendly. Close to other restaurants if you want to venture out. They do not have a ramp, so challenging to bring luggage in/out. Great room prices. Overall, we would stay here again if traveling to Miami.
