We stayed at this hotel before our cruise and it was amazing! We arrived at the hotel very early and to my surprise we were able to check in at 11am with no extra charge! The front desk agent, Meurian, was so nice and helpful. The room was beautiful and outdoor patio had an amazing view of South Beach. We ate breakfast, lunch and dinner at The Tavern/ hotel restaurant and the food was delicious! The beach was just a walk across the street. I will for sure stay here again and recommend it to family & friends!
Great place! Great people! A few days ago was my wife's birthday and I happened to put that in the notes when we booked a standard queen room. Upon checking in, we were absolutely blown away that they changed our room to the Penthouse! So very nice of them. Also, between 5-6pm, there are unlimited complimentary well drinks at the bar for hotel guests! Absolutely loved this place, location and staff.
Hotel Croydon is a good spot if you’re looking to have a quiet stay. Room was clean , beautiful pool and the rooftop view is perfect. Such an amazing hotel.Rooms: They are very organized
