Our technician arrived on time, and called before his arrival. Our carpet had a lot of blood on it from our dog. He wasn't sure he could get it all out. But he did! Rug looks amazing. Brand new. This is the second time I'm working with this company and they have been great on both occasions. Their mold specialists obviously know their stuff and always explain everything down to the last detail. Their mold treatment is extremely effective and I would recommend them to anyone who needs mold remediation in their home!
