Oleg, who is originally from Ukraine, brings a skill at painting that I don't see anywhere else in Miami. Absolute perfection at everything he and his crew does. He is known as "the best in Miami Beach" and it shows in his work. I highly recommend using him. Not cheap, but the best never is.
