One of the best facials I've ever had - I did the 60 minute Cowshed Facial and it was not only super helpful in terms of extractions and exfoliation, but the massaging of my arms/hands and neck area was incredible. May or may not have fell asleep for a moment ? 12/10 would recommend.

Cowshed is a great spa with friendly staff. Tony is one of the best masseurs I've ever had (globally) and is fantastic for you if you have an muscle issues. He is educated in massage and helps make you understand how the body works. I can confidently say this is the best deep tissue massage I've had.

I was not a huge fan of Cowshed when Soho originally opened but I recently gave it another shot and was happily surprised. The facilities are back up to where they should be. I really think it's the most beautifully designed spa in Miami. What made the major difference was my amazing massage therapist, Tony. I've never had a better massage in my life, so HIGHLY recommend him. I'll definitely be back!
