I brought 2 silk dresses worth over 600$, marked ALL THE STAINS from makeup and other, was reasured I have nothing to worry about and it will be cleaned. I payed extra for next day service I was worried the longer the stain remains on the fabric the harder it will be to removed. I'd have done it myself but was concered of the delicate matter of the fabric so I decided to use PROFESSIONALS !Both dresses came back witj NO SING of event slightest attempt to remove the stains.I felt horrible not to loose it at the lady that works at the counter as it isnt her fault but she put ALL THE MARKINGS on the dress she added "SPECIAL" tag and NOTHING had been even tried to be done....read full review

Great customer service and always willing to solve any possible issue. I send my majority of cloth for dry cleaning and they all come back great! The tailor service is the BEST. Also they have great embroidery company in case you feel you need to personalize anything like me (love my initials on everything)

Worst customer service ever. Will never take my clothes to them again. I used them 4 times and each time there was an issue. This time, as always Juan was extremely rude when I called to check the status of my dry cleaning. Please remember we are your customers- you are not doing us a favor. Stay away from this cleaners!!!
