What a disappointment! I purchased some products from here; which are not cheap. I developed an allergic reaction and tried contacting someone. Days and months went by. I called again and was finally able to reach someone. Of course I was given the run around to call customer service. I called customer service; again they took a month to get back to me. I explained my situation and I would even send the products back since I have no use for it. The girl Alexis emailed me a claim report. I filled it out n emailed it back along with my receipts.
