He was referred to us by our realtor--We called Ray as soon as we noticed some back up in our toilet and shower- he was there the following morning bright and early- he fixed it but for some reason it started happening again, he came back the following morning- and fixed it again with the camera- he is a man of his word and even after the wax seal not sealing correctly ( something that was out of his control), he came back a 3rd time to clean it all out - and reseal again ( all with no extra charge). Highly recommend this company.
Our company hired Ray to install new plumbing fixtures on a property we own in Suntree. While he was there we asked him if his company could assist us with painting the interior of the home and changing out the electrical fixtures. Ray got all of this work done and it was quick and they did a great job. We'll be using Ray on future projects.
What a delight dealing with Parrott Handyman Services. I spent 2 days trying to self-diagnose water bubbling up under our front yard pavers until I decided to seek help rather than make it worse through my misguided efforts.Karen from their office was the first to respond to my Yelp Contractor request, followed by a quick call from their technician, Ray, who requested pics and FaceTime'd to help assess the issue before he was onsite.Once he arrived, Ray quickly confirmed the problem and started work on the solution, which involved pulling up one layer of pavers and jackhammering the concrete sidewalk underneath the pavers to get to the water leak from the plastic pipe...read full review
