What a great experience we had with Erica & Joey Cholewa! Joey came and did all the prep work, to include professional pictures. He listed the house on Friday and we received an offer on Saturday! That’s right, he had it sold in 1 day. We also received two more offers on the second day. Joey means business and will get the job done. Don’t waste your time hiring somebody just because they’re “friends”. If you want to sell your house, The Cholewa’s will get it done!! Thanks again…
Joey worked diligently and quickly to meet our requests and needs in selling one home and finding and closing on the other home of our choice. Joey went above and beyond our expectations (cannot list them all) and we were extremely pleased and will recommend him with flying colors. He also designed our new pool that is in the making.
