Katy is the best. She did my wife's whole face including eyebrows, upper and lower eyeliner and lash liner, full lips and lip liner and a beautiful golden color eye shadow on her entire lids. Everything looks great and my wife is beyond thrilled. Her make-up looks perfect everyday now and she no longer has worries about her eyeliner running with her runny eye allergies. Permanent make-up by Katy is great! It's also been a blessing because it saves so much time with her getting ready in the morning.
