Dr Smith will take an emergency call anytime of day, no matter what day and will meet you at the office to take care of your emergency. I know because he came in on his day off to replace my cap on my bottom front tooth(work from another dentist)so I could go into public again. He says what he means and he means what he says. I had a crown from my front tooth come loose. Even though I was not a patient I was seen the same day & treated quickly, kindly & courteously. Every one in the office was friendly & welcoming. Compared to my, (now former), dentist who has outsourced all of their calls to some off shore answering service & does not answer any calls to their office, Dr Smiths office was easy to contact & efficient in my care. Dr Smiths has gained new patients of my wife & I.
