My mom was there for two nights for pain management. She went in with just pain acting normal. I went to visit after one night and the bed was saturated in old urine. Not from my mom. I asked them to change out the mattress. I over heard a nurse tell a man that’s enough when he was yelling help. My mom told me the food was always cold. The second night the nurse overdosed my mom. My mother was ordered 0.4 mg on a pain pump and the nurse set it to 4 mg. It overdosed her and they used narcan to bring my mom back. It wasn’t till I went to visit my mom the next day that they told me she was overdosed. My mom wasn’t normal after that she died two weeks later. Stay far... read full review

Wanted to recognize one of your nurses, Chad Griffin. My grandmother took a very sudden & unexpected turn for the worse over the weekend & passed away on Easter morning. He was extremely patient with my very large family that was confused & unsure on which direction to take with her care. I'm grateful for his kindness and patience during the process. Thank you for everything you all do and the sacrifices you make to be there in our most difficult times!
