10 stars!!!! I used to get Brazilians regularly at a place called Waxing the City which did an amazing job. But since moving to Florida, I started going back to European Wax Center after switching from them previously, and was consistently disappointed in my results which reminded me why I stopped going there to begin with. I'd always have patches of hair and tons of ingrowns which never happened at the other place. T just did my friend and I's buddy Brazilian today and did an AMAZING job. Jenn is absolutely amazing. She’s professional, efficient, and instantly makes you feel comfortable. The day before my appointment, she gave really helpful tips on how to prep to ensure a flawless wax, which made a big difference. She explains everything as she goes, checks in often, and clearly knows exactly what she’s doing. The space is clean, the experience is quick but thorough, and the results are always perfect. She’s at the Rockledge location, and I highly recommend booking with her.

Alexandra is absolutely AMAZING! From the moment you walk in, she makes you feel comfortable, cared for, and confident. She’s super professional but also so sweet.. her energy just puts you at ease instantly. Conversation is always so pleasant & jovial. My waxes are always quick, smooth, and flawless every single time. She takes her time to make sure everything is perfect and truly knows what she’s doing. I honestly wouldn’t trust anyone else..
