HIGHLY RECOMMEND ILLEANA!!! I have never been this satisfied with my wax, and I’ve been getting waxed for 8 years now. Ileana was super thorough & she was just so sweet. I absolutely love her personality. She made me feel super comfortable, like I knew her already! Definitely referring everyone I can to her!
Ilana ( hope I'm spelling her name right) it's new to me. Very nice girl. Did a good job. Waxing is always painful but she made sure to ask if the wax is to hot and how I'm feeling. Very good service.
Great service and staff is very welcoming.I called on a short notice and they were able to accommodate me for bikini wax.Just a suggestion- waxing room trash could be removed more often as it was full to the top and looked a bit gross and unpresentable in the room.Other than that wax experience was painless and quick! No rash after.Highly recommend this place.
