Want to sing praises to Dr Carey Andreoui and her MA (I think), Ashley. I had a procedure and they were so caring and sweet plus they really know their craft! Wonderful all the way around!

Excellent service had to get some test done. I had an appointment and they were right on time. Office was clean and bright also had a tv to watch. It was quite busy but on point when it came to customer service.

I was able to fill out paperwork and wait outside until they were ready to call me for registration. Staff and techs very friendly and efficient. Everyone wears masks. I can't give 5 stars only because the 3 times I have been there, my insurance was incorrectly billed each time in spite of numerous calls I have made, and my informing the registration staff that they need to correct the billing issue on their computer system. I had to talk to 5 or 6 people on the phone, during 3 phone calls, after receiving bills in the mail that were incorrectly routed to Blue Cross (my Medicare Part A insurance) instead of Medicare Part B and my supplemental insurnce. regarding my...read full review
