Health First's Diagnostic Center – Viera Medical Plaza - Lab Services

I go to the Diagnostic Center next to Viera Hospital for all my lab work, such as blood draws, along with my yearly Mammograms. I always receive prompt and friendly care from all staff. I don’t understand the negative reviews at all, and I’m wondering if they may be for a different facility. The Viera facility is spotlessly clean, the waiting area is huge and accommodating. I would, however, recommend scheduling appointments in advance for labs or there may be a wait. Keep up the great work here Health First!!

Staff is very kind. I was very nervous about my diagnostic procedure, but they made me as comfortable as possible through every test and procedure. I've taken my aunt to this location as well, and they've always been very caring and warm. Waiting time was very short, even for walk in (on a Friday afternoon).

Excellent service had to get some test done. I had an appointment and they were right on time. Office was clean and bright also had a tv to watch. It was quite busy but on point when it came to customer service.
