All the people here, nurses and other workers, have been very nice. My friend likes it there, they will even microwave her food for her so it's nice and hot. That's going above and beyond in my book. The place is clean and spacious. It's nice. Adding: my friend is here for the rest of her life. She's made a lot of friends and has much to do if she so desires. She has a great roommate and they get along very well. My only concern is that my friend needs help to do stuff, getting dressed etc...and she was still dressed for nighttime when eating lunch. The young lady was very sweet and hopefully she got to her after I left. The place is still very clean, workers are very helpful and smile a lot. My friend loves being there.

All the medical staff are very friendly and caring. Their knowledge is above reproach. The negative thing I have observed is there is a staff shortage, just like the other medical providers in our area.

The staff are accommodating, helpful, pleasant and professional. The facility has a well groomed look and definitely tidy. It does not have that characteristic smell that often greets people as you walk through the hallways. What I did encounter was several hand sanitation wall devices not having any hand sanitizers in the dispenser. The front door was empty and a few in the corridors were out.

The staff is always very friendly and attentive. Genuinely kind and it is much appreciated, My mother was there for two weeks for rehab after an illness. The healthcare team was very informative and helpful and truly had her best interests at heart.

I do not recommend this place for long term care...they are understaffed and negligent in many areas. My husband was in their care for two months and was discharged and in the ICU the next day with sepsis and pneumonia...he died 4 days later. Please, if you have someone there, keep a very close watch on them. Question everything, make sure the call button is ALWAYS within reach, and undergarments are changed frequently.

It becomes apparent why so many people are giving this place such low reviews. It can take from 45 minutes to over an hour for someone to be attended to once they’ve pushed their button asking for help. Rooms don’t even have intercoms so you won’t know the severity of the situation until you enter. Would not recommend this rehab facility to my worst enemy
