Viera Health and Rehab is a fantastic facility for short term rehab or long term care . They have a very strong clinical team with long tenure there. That speaks volumes in this industry. The patients are very well cared for and the staff communicates well with patients, families and community partners to ensure that the patients stay from admission to discharge is seamless. Not to mention the building is very aesthetically appealing and clean. Highly recommend!
The staff has always been very helpful and accommodating to my Mom during this difficult period of her life.
From being greeted with a smile and some friendly banter at the reception desk, to the CNAs and Nurses, the folks in the Laundry, the maintenance crew, it's been an overall positive experience.
My concerns are always addressed expediently and with care.
And a special shout out to Cory, the Transport Guy, who saved me from getting soaked during a downpour! Great guy!
