The entire staff at UCI are compassionate and amazing! From the employees at check-in to the call center scheduling. I know I will have forgotten someone's name, but in authorization, John is so caring and clearly puts patients needs first. Samantha and Carrie in scheduling exhibit the same kind of care and compassion. I hope they receive the recognition from their managers, as it is so well deserved.
Technician is kind but scheduling is a pain and takes forever with a long wait time. AND they now charge for you to get results. My dr wants imaging on a disc and they dont send them so after paying for the procedure, I also have to pay extra for the images which takes them 5min to download. Save the trouble and go elsewhere. No where else was I charged for MY images.
