Like all the others, since health first the front office is terrible. Will not answer phones, will not schedule procedures. Do not go here if you need medical help, took MONTHS to get my bi-yearly injection schedule and was told I will now need to pay 200.0 up front because their anesthesia person is out of network. Save you self some pain and suffering and go somewhere else.

what a terrible experience. when i finally got into the exam room, I waited 45 minutes to be seen by the doc for less than 3 minutes. my info was by someone with questionable english skills. At no point was any solution offered, just referrals. Terrible, terrible experience.

Since the takeover with Health First mid 2022, The Back Center has gone increasingly downhill for a number of reasons in my opinion. I’ve been a patient since 2021. I’ve had numerous office visits with Emily Finn, injections and procedures with Dr. Morris-Solis, and neck surgery with Dr. Datta. The providers are wonderful, but the rest of the administrative/“front” of The Back Center DO NOT CARE. Since September 2023, the phones go unanswered. Messages left go ignored. Wait for 3-4 weeks to be scheduled for injection/procedure.
