In my eyes, Dr. Hynes can never do any wrong! Down to earth and very throughout. When no one else would listen, he and his team of PA’s became my champions and helped me get the treatment I needed. Still a long road to recover, but the Back Center gave me hope. I will be forever grateful.
I had back surgery with Dr. Datta 1 month ago. EVERYONE on his staff are wonderful!
As you will see in almost every comment, front office staff, the handling of messages and attempts to get return calls from your Doctor's office is beyond totally unacceptable.
I left a message after the phone was answered by automated messaging system. I left 4 messages in 3 days. I couldn't get a human on the phone for three days. So I went to the office. To make a longer story shorter, I refused to leave until I talked to someone in Dr. Datta's office. I was told by the woman at the front desk that wasn't possible.

My surgery with Dr.Scarcella was amazing and a miracle that I'm pain free that being said the after care is ridiculous!! I cannot get them.on the phone ever They have canceled or postponed 3 appointment In a row! I have been seen once in 2 months pretty bad
