Beautiful setting. Lovely from the moment you walk up to the door (and ring the bell!) and walk in to a friendly front desk associate to the atmosphere/decor and service. Clean. Not overly heavy scented but invigorating and relaxing. Nice music. Nice rooms. Astrid did great on my massage! I'll be back!
I had a great experience at Tao Medical Spa! I went in for PRF and the UltraClear laser and everyone made the whole process so easy. Dr. Dowdell was fantastic. He explained everything clearly, answered all of my questions and never made me feel rushed. The entire team was so friendly, patient and welcoming. They made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked through the door. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients and that goes a long way.
As an esthetician I’m pretty particular about who I trust with my skin so finding the right provider was important to me. I’m happy with my results and can’t wait to go in for my next PRF treatment!
This is the best Med Spa I have ever been to. They are very attentive and knowledgeable in their skills. Dayanna was very helpful and Astrid is an amazing masseuse. Best escape in Melbourne! Their drinks are delicious as well
