I had the best experience from the moment I walked in. From being warmly greeted by Diana to my amazing Botox treatment with Claudia, everything was exceptional. I’ve never had a more pleasant experience with needles—today was almost relaxing. Claudia was incredibly gentle, informative, and truly listened to me, which made me feel completely heard and cared for.
