I had a great experience with my AC service technician, Damien. He was incredibly knowledgeable, quickly diagnosing the issue and explaining everything clearly in a way that made sense. You could tell right away he knew exactly what he was doing. On top of that, the service was efficient and timely—no unnecessary delays, just straight to the point and done right.
It's not always easy to find someone who combines expertise with professionalism, but Damien delivered on both. My system is running better than ever, and I’ll definitely be calling him again for future maintenance. Highly recommended!
Our AC was not cooling the house. Called before lunch and our usual repair guy was able to swing by. Our fan quit working and was able to replace within 2 hrs of our call.
Thankfully we were a part of their maintenance membership and received a discount on the repair.
Very respectable and responsive. Customer service was great; from the office person, Maria, who was such a pleasure to deal with to Damien who serviced my Air Conditioner. I could not have been more pleased. Damien explained everything he was doing and did not try to oversell additional treatments.
