This review is long over due. I've been a faithful customer for 11yrs. I've not only watched the owner grow up but also have seen the business growth. Kerryann is personable with every client making them all feel individually special when their in her chair. Proper Nails & Makeup is the place for service and attentive with the care she provides. If I could give 100 stars this establishment would get it.
I went to Kerry Ann on Tuesday, April 21 to have my permanent eyebrows done!
Kerry Ann is professional and very detailed. She explained everything step by step what I would experience during the process. She is very compassionate and gentle. My eyebrows are so beautiful!! I am so excited and well satisfied! I will recommend everyone to her that wishes to have their eyebrows done!! They are perfect!!

I drive 2 ½ hours for this exceptional experience — and it is worth every single mile. The level of service provided is truly unmatched. The time, care, and intentional effort put into each treatment — using natural and organic products — makes all the difference.
You can literally feel how passionate she is about her gift through the attention and detail she pours into every service.
And the last massage I received? Whew. It almost took me out — in the best way possible. It was THAT good and so deeply needed.
