This place is one of the poorest customer service that I have ever experienced. First of all, I scheduled an appt. at 11am but when I got there they told me I had an hour wait. I was upset, but I did end up waiting. I got in the chair of the nail tech named Ken who was having an attitude when I sat down. I told him I needed a pink and white fill. He told me that I needed to get a full set in order to get a pink and white fill ( which I never heard of) when I declined he was very upset and grabbed my hand forcefully to start my nails. It’s not so much the waiting that bothered me as it was the blatant disregard, being ignored for hours, and the rude demeanor and attitude that made it to where I won’t return. I was told that it’s “first come first serve” and they don’t take appointments. I was attending a memorial service that weekend and went with my daughter to get our nails done. I wanted gel and my daughter wanted a full set. (A few of her prior acrylic nails had come off so she was going to just get a new set.) We waited for over 3 hours at the booth we were told to sit at. I used to get my nails done here all the time but then I moved and haven’t had the time to go out that way. I tried finding another nail place and I just couldn’t. They were all pretty bad and never lasted long. But I decided to stop in and have them fix what a salon did a week ago. My nails look amazing. Im just gonna be sticking to them for now on.Services: Polish removal
