I have no issues going to Fran and Harbour City been over a two years. I enjoy going to friends. She’s always good. The place is like family. I love going there. She always does an excellent job. I have no complaints. I write them a five star.
Fran is a Master Colorist! I always get compliments after I visit the salon. Her staff is kind, caring and very professional. She listens when we talk about what I need in a haircut.
My 1st time there. I made an appointment with Kristen. She was super friendly and really paid close attention to what I wanted. Also, I have several cowlicks I am always afraid to get someone who knows nothing about them. Kristen did an amazing job!! I will definitely be going back to her!!
