We have been customers of One Hour Air for years. The company has been through some changes. Despite those changes in ownership we have found that their technicians are consistently friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and do follow up. During our most recent visit we had to replace the unit. Sheldon was so helpful and patient as he explained the pros and cons of our options and they were here doing the work just a couple of days later. The team was efficient and cleaned up well after each day of work. Brian from One Hour Air was thorough, knowledgeable, and very straightforward. He explained everything clearly, didn’t try to upsell me, and took the time to answer my questions. I felt comfortable throughout the visit and now have real peace of mind about my system. Highly recommend.
Bryan Hamann was a great salesman and extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We had a few people come look at our AC and he was so much more helpful than anyone else we dealt with and I will be referring him to anyone who needs AC work done.
