We have been customers of One Hour Air for years. The company has been through some changes. Despite those changes in ownership we have found that their technicians are consistently friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and do follow up. During our most recent visit we had to replace the unit. Sheldon was so helpful and patient as he explained the pros and cons of our options and they were here doing the work just a couple of days later.
