Mr. Appliance was very good and professional. Appointments can be made online or by phone. They send a confirmation text with an image of the service tech. No surprises. The Service Professional, Trae, was great and called to see if he could arrived earlier. The service call estimate was $139. I knew the most common issue for no heat with a dryer was a fuse or heating element but didn’t want to dismantle it myself. Trae troubleshot, ID’d, and repaired it by the time my appointment window started. Labor & supplies was still half the cost of a new dryer.
Randy was my technician and he was very thorough and I really appreciated him explaining what he was doing. He made sure everything was working properly. Thanks Randy for everything!
