I sent my paperwork to her office in February and now it's After tax day in April and she still has not filed my return, nor my mother's or her partner's returns. Impossible to get ahold of. Does not respond to emails. Barely answers the phone. I don't understand the work ethic or delays. If I get financially penalized for not having my tax return done on time then I'm going to consider a lawsuit.
