This place is a waste of time and a joke. You make an appointment for one thing and the doctor doesn’t even show up, instead they have a non-medical sales person trying to sell you something totally different and they expect you to go through a useless, painful, expensive ($3000) procedure at a day spa that does nothing. They don’t even follow up to see how you are doing and if the procedure worked for you. Don’t waste your time and money, make an appointment with a real doctor!

Terrible customer service. Does NOT have the latest technology and when I asked about DHI, latest method, less invasive, closer transplants, they hadnt heard of it! Really? Spent 20 mins on hold bcoz the receptionist did not get back on the phone.
