These people built a house next to me. Cut down a tree and dragged and placed it on my front lawn. I’ve spoken to them multiple times and every time they say they’ll take care of it. I’ve also called multiple times with no call back. Going on 6 months now and that tree is still sitting on my lawn.
Changing from a 1 star to a 4 star because after losing my shit and screaming at these people and threatening lawyers and leaving my one star review they immediately went to my property and removed that tree. Thanks to the young man who called me and actually wrote down my address which I gave to Nick and another guy multiple times. Moral of the story. Be an asshole...read full review
Buying our first new house has been a great experience, considering we have never owned new before. There were a few hiccups in the beginning but most of these issues I have fixed. I do have to say that the yard was very poorly designed and the berm they placed along the back side of my yard has collapsed and is now pouring dirt and water into my neighbors yard. This was mentioned during the first walk through, but we were told it is what it is basically.
