Had some rough patches but in the end this group did well. I would communicate clearly any concerns and make sure you know the warranty process well. Also make sure you keep on them about the completion date estimates. Overall it looks like they are handing my concerns well. I do wish my wet area flooring was better the vinyl is not the most durable and had some issues (you definitely need to find some furniture pads for any appliances in those areas. I am not a fan of the landscaping work as there were some grading and brush clearing that had to be completed. I would make sure you do a good walk through. Hello Everyone,I am starting a review that I plan on updating as we go along. My Wife and I signed our contract on August 1st of 2021. At the start we were told 12-15 months. Which was fine. Sign a new lease at our new place and keep going. We have had to reach out to sales to get updates on everything with not much ever being known. Had to do my own research to see that permits have been approved as of February 1st. These permits had been rejected 3 times from the City as well, delaying things even more. Cracks on driveway and Garage a month after move-in June 2021. reported it they came once. No action yet. Now it is cracking even more in the garage and another crack on the driveway. We do not own a boat. We have only one vehicle that is parked outside. NOTHING HEAVY is parked only my car. Had a Masterpiece home and Never has this happen. Son has Century Complete home and his driveway has no cracks. NONE. He has a GMC truck and a car on his driveway, w/ NO CRACKS. I am thinking Holiday is hoping I just forget about it..
