Holiday Builders has made buying my first home ever a breeze. Tina and Jesse have been so supportive and professional. They went above and beyond from start to finish. I could not be more happy with my home. It has been such an experience watching my home get built from the ground up. Anytime I had questions or needed anything they were always one phone call or text away. A few issues came up, but that's why they provide a warranty, and they honor their warranties!!! I searched for homes on the market for months, and could not find anything even close to the value for what I got my BRAND NEW house built for. I have both a huge back and front yard in such a peaceful location. What an awesome team, and family owned business. If you are considering finding a great quality home in this economy, then search no further then Holiday Builders!!!! Even months after closing, pulling into my driveway after work I still have that "WOW" effect and think " I can't believe this is MY house."
So far, a wonderful experience. We are buying in Yellow River Ranch and so far, it has been excellent. Not our first new build so we know there will be delays and punch lists in our future but we couldn't be happier with the communications and customer service from Ismael and KaitLen from the sales team. We do wish they would be a little more open to customization but understand that is their practice and worth the offset for a high quality home at a reasonable price. Thank you, Holiday!
