Good afternoon if they had 10 Stars I choose all 10 they was nice they welcome me as I always been there the two guys were so nice to me they fixed my phone when the last three places couldn't I just want to say I appreciate them and I will be back you got 10 stars from me thanks guys appreciate you.
Had a sound issue with my Oculus Metaquest 3 - Sierra helped me over the phone answering all my questions, in store Matt was super helpful and checked my equipment in with no problems. The team even contacted me after requesting something that I had forgotten to bring with me. I missed a call from them, they left a detailed voice mail, when I called back, Sierra answered right away, and gave me an update and quote on my repair. Less than 2 days later Fran had fixed my unit and it was back at 100% ! This team and store is A+ !
Very quick and effective and very nice and very clean environment and nice attitude I fix it made me feel at home very beautiful people that work there I would recommend I fix it to everyone. Thank you.
