I was a patient yesterday at Health First Adventhealth Centa Care Malabar. I received excellent care. Everyone was helpful, kind and professional. I appreciate the personal care I received and wanted to personally Thank Barbara, Victoria and Tanya. Thank you for taking my vitals, history and symptoms professionally with concern and patience. Barbara took the time to discuss my symptoms and treatment, she truly wanted a partnership in care between caregiver and patient. I was very pleasantly surprised by her knowledge of my underlying conditions. Usually I find I need to explain and try to tamp down an overreaction for a concerning but well controlled condition. She completely explained treatment, discussed use and reason for medications and reinforced my need for follow-up care. My discharge caregiver rechecked my pharmacy, asked my understanding of medications and urged me to to return or call if my symptoms got worse or didn’t respond to treatment. She also urged my follow up care with my provider. Thank all of you. I am feeling better today and will follow all instructions.
