When I had an emergency toothache they get me in right away and got me an antibiotic and Help that I needed until I could get a root.canal.

I’ve had nothing but positive experiences at Harbor City Dental. The Dentists are excellent, and the front office staff is very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dental practice.

I have dreaded getting 2 amalgam fillings replaced and now I’m kicking myself for waiting so long! Dr. Burnes was perfectly wonderful! The numbing (worst part) was seamless and pretty much painless too! And I had no pain at the injection site after the Novocain wore off! My bite feels perfect and I’m so glad to be rid of those nasty metal fillings! Love the entire staff at Harbor City and highly highly recommend this practice. Melbourne is blessed to have both Dr. Cassella and Dr. Burnes.

dr burns was excellent. they put a crown on a tooth in one day and they were great at making sure I had no pain and was relaxed the entire time. I would highly recommend them.
