Luis and Eric arrived at our house on time Dec 26, 2025, to perform fixes on the air duct system. Luis had previously diagnosed the problems a few days earlier. (4 ducts at the front of the house were blowing cool air from the heating system) They reattached and strapped ductwork that was previously installed on June 23, 2025, (and had come apart) causing cool air in the summer and warm air during cold periods in December to malfunction, wasting electric bill money and comfort inside our home. We appreciate their attention to detail and highly recommend both Luis and Eric.

Nate arrived at our house on time and got right to work. He diagnosed the problem with the air duct flow, taking his time and double checking readings, to insure that the issues were pinpointed. He recommended that the duct work be completely replaced, since temporary fixes to the ducts the company had done had come apart. The heater was blowing cool air in the front portion of the house. (4 ducts) Due to this issue, the A/C was not functioning properly as well during the hot summer months. The new Daiken Air conditioner/heater was installed on June 23, 2025. We appreciate Nate's attention to detail and highly recommend.

i called them at 4 they told me the tech was in Melbourne that I was the next customer. they never showed up. I called at 5.20 their AI answered. never heard from them again. horible experience.
