Eau Gallie Arts District MedFast Urgent Care Business Office

Went in Dec 9th or 10th as had fallen and hurt shoulder. Within an hour, I had x-rays, determined broken collar bone, recvd pain shot and given a splint along with referral to Ortho. Upon leaving, front desk wished me well as sympathized with the pain associated.
I had to return next day to pick up a prescription. When we pulled into drive, front desk gal came running out to car to hand me the script to save me having to maneuver getting in and out of car.
Just a wonderful experience all the way around.

I was seen within 5 minutes of checking in. The nurse assistant and NP were awesome. I had to leave there and go to the Sarno location for x-rays. I was seen immediately and both the tech and NP were very professional. I'm just waiting for the radiologist report.

They were fast, pleasant and efficient! Unfortunately, we got sent to another location for an X-ray and have been waiting for a results call for it for over 17 hours…they’re waiting to tell me what course of antibiotics to give my kiddo. Wish the radiologist was as efficient as the office staff!
