Went in Dec 9th or 10th as had fallen and hurt shoulder. Within an hour, I had x-rays, determined broken collar bone, recvd pain shot and given a splint along with referral to Ortho. Upon leaving, front desk wished me well as sympathized with the pain associated. I had to return next day to pick up a prescription. When we pulled into drive, front desk gal came running out to car to hand me the script to save me having to maneuver getting in and out of car. Just a wonderful experience all the way around.

I was seen within 5 minutes of checking in. The nurse assistant and NP were awesome. I had to leave there and go to the Sarno location for x-rays. I was seen immediately and both the tech and NP were very professional. I'm just waiting for the radiologist report.

They were fast, pleasant and efficient! Unfortunately, we got sent to another location for an X-ray and have been waiting for a results call for it for over 17 hours…they’re waiting to tell me what course of antibiotics to give my kiddo. Wish the radiologist was as efficient as the office staff!

I was greeted by the young lady and gentleman at the check in. They were very nice and got me check in quickly and got me in the to see the doctor quickly. Dr. Brandon Bogard, was very understanding and kind knew what my diagnosis was and got me on my way . I would and will recommend this Med Fast Urgent Care to all my family and friends. Thanks to all the staff who was very polite and caring. Merry Christmas and Thanks.

Very fast and efficient in finding out what was wrong and then very quickly came up with a resolution. I was in pain and worried. They evaluated me and advised me with a plan. I appreciate that they are there whenever I need assistance. Highly recommend.

No line in the am went right back to be seen. It seemed like everyone genuinely cared about me feeling better. Everyone was so polite and prices are even listed on the wall when you walk in.

The whole experience was very professional and caring especially when you're not feeling well. The front staff smiled the whole time she talked with you making you feeling welcomed. The back staff, EMT, PA and x-ray tech were all very professional and listened to your concerns without rushing you. Prescriptions were called when they said they would be called in. This Urgent Care Facility gets five stars from me. Very satisfied patient!
