The receptionist was knowledgeable and addressed all of my questions and emailed the specs for options. Brandon arrived right in schedule. He was efficient & left my bathroom clean. Doug Hambel’s plumbing was absolutely fantastic. They were my first call and a tech, Errol, came out the next day and replaced my water heater, which had died. Everything was smooth and efficient and a great price. Highly recommend!

I called Doug’s Plumbing to deal with an issue on my gas grill line, and honestly, I didn’t even know plumbers handled gas work — but Jimmy and Brandon showed up and knocked it out of the park. They blew out the line and made sure it was completely clean, but what really impressed me was how thorough they were. They took the time to secure everything properly and didn’t cut a single corner. More importantly, they caught something I never would have noticed on my own — a gas leak right after the main meter that had likely been running for who knows how long, probably driving up my gas bill the whole time.
