Fast and honest service. Mike came to our home for a suspected clog, but he correctly diagnosed the real issue, which was the need to pump out and clean the filter of our septic tank. He carefully and promptly checked each toilet and shower. The company didn't charge us since they weren't able to provide the service we initially requested. This was the first time I used Doug Hambel's Plumbing and I was very pleased with the experience. I specifically want to mention Mike and his excellent work. I had an old pipe that was leaking in the kitchen wall and he diagnosed the problem immediately and gave me an estimate for the repair which was very reasonable. He, and his assistant Morgan, did a great job. Also, the office staff was a pleasure to work with.
