Christian is the best HVAC technician I have ever encountered. His recent visit was the best HVAC experience I have ever had (and I've had many). He was all business, focused and methodical. His actions and communication inspired confidence and showed his depth of experience. He was thorough and measured in his analysis. After carefully determining what was wrong, he quickly shifted to "repair" mode. Within two hours, he had completely repaired my A/C. This is what he does and he is VERY good at it. He's not slick or flashy and didn't try to sell (or upsell) me on ANYTHING. He knew exactly what was wrong and fixed just that. His invoice was clear and easy to understand. His pricing was honest and fair. I will never call anyone else for future HVAC issues. He is a man of his word.
